MEET TEAM CGIVB

PRESIDENT

Nick is the founder and President of CGIVB.  He brings 20+ years of insurance knowledge to the table along with a passion for benefits and drive for technology.  His robust network of trusted Broker partners have allowed him to enhance the lives of Clients since CGIVB's inception.

In his spare time, you can find Nick doing crossfit, rockin' out to Mac Miller in his car, or doing new 'empty nester' things with his loving wife Mary Jo (aka taking random trips or going to visit his children Nicholas, Sophia & Michael.)

PARTNER

Kelly is our resident implementation and tech guru, and aims to create an awesome experience for all of our clients.  Kelly manages platform configurations, EDI connections, carrier/vendor file feeds and really anything involved with the Client Experience of CGIVB.

In her spare time, you can find Kelly coaching Crossfit, popping into all the local Cleveland restaurants, spending quality time with her husband, Nick, and of course, pampering Woody to make sure he is on top of his game everyday to be the VP of Morale.  

IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST

Meghan is dynamic—whether she is configuring, training clients, or creating impactful marketing materials, she is always focused on delivering exceptional value. Her enthusiasm for helping clients succeed and her passion for problem-solving make her an indispensable part of CGIVB.

In her spare time, you can find Meghan exploring downtown Cleveland, hitting up a local fitness boutique (shoutout F45, Corus and Orange Theory), hanging out with family & friends or spoiling her dog, Clarke.

IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST

 Chase brings a thoughtful, solution-oriented mindset to everything he does. Whether he's diving into configurations or guiding clients through training he approaches each task with focus and a drive to deliver real value. A calming presence on the team, Chase is known for solving problems quickly and taking initiative to continually learn and grow. His dedication and reliability make him an essential part of CGIVB.

In his spare time, you can find Chase getting in a good workout, exploring new spots with his wife, Brooke, perfecting his espresso game, enjoying a wide variety of music genres or spoiling their cat, Aspen.

IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST

Holli brings a decade of HR tech expertise and a genuine passion for people to her role. She specializes in turning complex enrollment goals into seamless results and truly loves that "magic moment" when a project finally clicks into place. Holli brings a warm, collaborative spirit to every project she touches.

 Outside the office, Holli is dedicated to supporting Veterans' causes, training service dogs alongside her husband, and running their five teenagers around to activites—she even hands over the aux cord in the car! For fun, Holli and her husband love to shop for treasures at thrift stores as well as hike in Mohican and the Cuyahoga Valley with their kids and dogs.

VP OF MORALE

 If you're in need of a morale boost or a warm snuggle after a “ruff” day, look no further than Mr. Woodford himself, aka Woody. With a constant pep in his step and a tail that never seems to stop wagging, Woody takes his role as VP of Morale very seriously. He’s always ready to brighten your day with all of the cuddles.

 In his spare time, you can find Woody outside exploring nature and soaking up the sunshine.  He’s a big fan of belly rubs, ear scratches, and any opportunity to remind you that he is, in fact, the goodest boy. When not perfecting his nap schedule, Woody can be found chowing down on treats and accepting praise like the true professional he is.
